Launching of 15 Monitoring Wells Equipped with Modern Monitoring Equipment in the Prut River Basin
On September 28-29, 2015 the Environmental Protection of International River Basins (EPIRB) project will conduct training and launch the new groundwater monitoring well in the Prut pilot river basin, Republic of Moldova. Meeting at the National Environmental Agency of Georgia, 21 September 2015
The Head of the National Environmental Agency, Ms Tamar Bagratia and the representatives of the agency met with the Team leader of the EPIRB Project, Mr Timothy Turner and his deputy - Mr. Zurab JIncharadze.
Activities to be implemented at the final stage of the Project , the financial and programming issues, as well as issues regarding the monitoring of the transboundary river basins and the coastline were discussed during the Meeting.
